How To Order

Aces High Flying Jackets

How to order your Aces High Flying Jacket

Size ChartOrdering your jacket

Please use the order form on this page to place your order. I make all the jackets to order, by hand, in standard sizes (UK 38 – 52). The jackets exhibit the same characteristics and sense of individuality found on original RAF jackets, rather than feeling mass-produced. No two jackets are completely identical – just like the original RAF jackets.

If you are sure of your size, please order your jacket using the PayPal link below, selecting the size and pattern required. If you are unsure what size to order, please refer to the size chart below. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide some basic measurements, as this allows me to check you are ordering the right size for you:

– Your chest measurement (measured with a tape measure around your chest, just below your armpits)

– Your shoulder measurement (measured with a tape measure around your shoulders)

– Your waist measurement

– Your arm measurement (measured from the top of your shoulder to your wrist)

– Your height and weight

Delivery time

At the moment, as only one person is making all the jackets by hand, the time from placing an order to receiving your jacket is approximately 6 weeks. This may change, so I’ll keep you updated with the progress of your jacket. I want all Aces High customers to be truly happy with their purchase, therefore getting it right is a priority. Thanks for your patience!

Shipping costs

All jackets are shipped via tracked parcel post, with a tracking number. Within Europe, the cost is £28, the cost for tracked shipping to the rest of the world is £45.

We can only accept returns on jackets which are not as ordered. Jackets which have been worn, damaged, altered, and are no longer in new condition cannot be returned. All our jackets are custom-made, and we endeavour to make sure that the jackets accurately fulfil our customers’ orders. If the jacket you receive is not as you ordered, please let us know and we will arrange a return and refund, or replace the jacket with the correct one.

1970s USAF jacket with a story to tell

I looked up the patches and found some info about NCAR, which I hadn’t heard […]

Test jacket #1 after one year!

The first reproduction RAF test jacket that I made is now one year old, so I thought I’d take some comparison photos of the jacket next to an original wartime jacket. The test jacket is starting to show lots of character, and is looking more and more like an original 1940s jacket.
